1. What we collect
We collect the information you submit through our forms and orders: business and contact details, professional credentials provided for Clinical use verification, order contents and shipping addresses, and the institutional role declared at the researcher verification gate.
2. How we use it
To verify eligibility, process and despatch orders, issue invoices, provide documentation such as certificates of analysis, and communicate about your account or application. Verification details are checked against public records and registries (for example state licensing boards and NPPES).
3. What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not use it for third-party advertising. We share it only with service providers strictly needed to operate (for example carriers for delivery and our CRM), and where required by law.
4. Cookies and storage
The site uses minimal browser storage: your researcher verification (30 days), your order tray, and a session credential for the Clinical portal. We measure aggregate site usage (pages viewed) without third-party ad trackers.
5. Retention and your rights
We keep records as long as needed for the business relationship and legal obligations (for example invoicing). You may request access, correction or deletion of your information at admin@aionbiogenx.com.
