Terms of sale.

1. Who we sell to

Aion Biogenx is a wholesale, business-to-business supplier. Research Use Only products are sold to qualified researchers, laboratories, institutions and businesses that complete the researcher verification. Clinical use finished products are sold exclusively to organizations approved through credential verification. We do not sell to consumers and nothing we supply is for personal consumption.

2. Research Use Only

Unless your organization holds approved Clinical use access, every product is supplied strictly for laboratory research. Products are not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. By ordering you attest that you are qualified to handle research compounds and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

Minimum order is 5,000 USD on every order, before tax and shipping, on both the research and the clinical catalog. Research products are supplied in boxes of ten vials. Submitting an order is a request to purchase: we confirm availability and freight, then issue an invoice. Prices are quoted per vial in USD, before shipping and any applicable taxes, and are subject to change until invoiced. Orders despatch once payment has cleared in full. Volume bands (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are applied automatically from the value of the order at Bronze pricing: under 50,000 USD Bronze, 50,000 to 100,000 USD Silver, 100,000 to 200,000 USD Gold, over 200,000 USD Platinum. When a band is reached the whole order is repriced at it, and the band is confirmed on the invoice.

4. Certificates of analysis

Every lot is released against its own certificate of analysis, generated from that lot’s assay. The certificate, batch record reference and safety data sheet accompany the despatch, and the scan code on each vial resolves to the record for its own lot.

5. Returns

Because our products are temperature-sensitive and quality-controlled per lot, returns are not accepted except where we shipped the wrong item or a documented quality nonconformity is reported within 7 days of delivery. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or credit at our discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aion Biogenx’s total liability for any claim arising from a sale is limited to the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any use of products contrary to these terms.

7. Compliance and export

The buyer is responsible for confirming that purchase, import and use of the products is lawful in its jurisdiction. We do not offer to supply into any jurisdiction where the products are not permitted.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
