1. Handling and despatch
Orders despatch after payment clears, from our U.S. facility. Temperature-sensitive products ship with appropriate packaging. Lead times are confirmed with your invoice; in-stock items typically despatch within 2–5 business days of cleared payment.
2. Shipping method and cost
Shipping is estimated at checkout, confirmed on your invoice and paid by the buyer. Clinical use products ship refrigerated and carry an additional cold-chain charge covering insulated packaging and coolant. You may choose the carrier speed offered at confirmation. Because we deliver to the address you provide and the charge cannot be avoided by the buyer, shipping and cold-chain charges form part of the taxable sales price on shipments into Florida. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on carrier delivery to the shipping address provided.
3. Tracking
Every despatch includes tracking, sent to the email on the order.
4. Inspection on delivery
Inspect your delivery on receipt. Shortages, damage or a wrong item must be reported within 7 days of delivery to admin@aionbiogenx.com with the order reference and photos where relevant.
5. Returns
See the Terms of sale: returns are limited to our shipping error or documented quality nonconformity.
