Volume-based pricing
Your price level is set by the total value of your order, before tax and shipping. Our levels are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Your order reprices automatically as soon as its value reaches the next level, and the new pricing is applied on screen before you check out.
Your account also earns a standing level from its order history: two months of ordering moves you up, and a rolling three-month average holds you there, so smaller in-between orders still receive your earned pricing. We always apply whichever is better for you, your standing level or the value of the order in front of you.
Orders count toward your history once payment clears. A refund is deducted from the month it is issued in, not the month of the original order.
