Volume-based pricing
Your price level is set by the total value of your order, before tax and shipping. Our levels are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Your order reprices automatically as soon as its value reaches the next level, and the new pricing is applied on screen before you check out.
Your account also earns a standing level from its order history: two months of ordering moves you up, and a rolling three-month average holds you there, so smaller in-between orders still receive your earned pricing. We always apply whichever is better for you, your standing level or the value of the order in front of you.
Orders count toward your history once payment clears. A refund is deducted from the month it is issued in, not the month of the original order.

Aion Biogenx holds a separate range of human consumption / Clinical use products that can only be sold to approved organizations: legitimate clinicians and physicians who can prescribe peptides for human consumption.
Approval asks for at least one qualifying professional credential, detailed further down this page.
To qualify for Clinical use, an organization must be able to supply at least one of the four credentials below.

State medical license
The core credential proving a physician, NP or PA is authorised to practise and prescribe in their state. Checked against the issuing state board.

NPI number
The 10-digit National Provider Identifier held by every billing provider and clinic. Checked against the NPPES registry.

Pharmacy license, 503A / 503B
For compounding pharmacies: a state board of pharmacy license in every state supplied, and FDA registration for 503B outsourcing facilities.

An optional, supporting credential, checked through ABMS Certification Matters.

Common questions.
Who can order from Aion Biogenx?
The research catalog is open to any entity or individual performing research such as: laboratories, institutions, brands and independent researchers buying strictly for research use, and they complete the researcher verification questionnaire. Clinical use finished product is restricted to approved prescribers, pharmacies and distributors. Nothing we sell is for personal consumption.
Do I need an account to order?
Not for research: complete the researcher verification and order from the catalog. Your price level is applied automatically from the order value and confirmed on the invoice. Approval is only needed for Clinical use: submit that application with your licensing documentation, we check it against public records, a person signs off, and your portal credentials arrive by email.
What decides which catalog I see?
The research catalog is open to everyone past the researcher verification. The Clinical use catalog opens only after we verify prescriber or pharmacy credentials, those are re-checked on Clinical orders, and a history of research orders never opens the Clinical route on its own.
Are certificates of analysis available for every product?
Yes, per lot rather than per product. Each batch ships with the certificate generated from its own assay, alongside the batch record and safety data sheet, and the scan code on the vial resolves to that same record.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Research orders start at $5,000, before tax and shipping, and your order tells you on screen when it is short of the minimum. Research products come in packs of 10 vials, so ten is the smallest quantity of any one research SKU. Clinical use products have no minimum: order the number of vials you need. White label programs start at 30,000 USD, with a price per vial returned within 48 hours of your request.
Can you supply under our own label?
Yes. Private label partners ship under their own brand with the same documentation underneath: the certificate still names the lot, and the lot still traces back to a reaction step. White label orders start at 30,000 USD and you receive a price per vial within 48 hours. Label wording that touches medical or therapeutic language goes to a person before it prints.

The research catalog needs no application. Clinical use and distribution do: licensed prescribers, clinics with a medical director, compounding pharmacies and distributors apply here. We will verify credentials and come back with your portal access. We may request additional information from admin@aionbiogenx.com, so please add that address to your approved senders to avoid spam.
